He was known to say, “They that live Godly will feel good sometimes.” “Everything that glitters is not gold.”

Columbus Tiller 95, years old, of Inez, Kentucky entered into eternal rest Friday, September 3, 1999.  He was the oldest United Baptist Minister in Martin County and a Mail Carrier for 50 years. 

He was born in Martin County, Kentucky on April 12, 1904, to the late Sonny and Thursa Tiller.  He was proceeded in death by his daughter Bonnie Faye Tiller, and his loving wife Nettie Preece Tiller.  They had been married for 56 years at the time of her passing.
